Embossing Ideas 😍

Hello Crafters!

I hope you are fine. Here are a few projects I created by using embossing folders. I used a mixture of normal and 3D embossing folders from Crafter's Companion to create these cards with a simple layout.😍

The textured created by the embossing folders always is stunning. 💓I love to use them every time I can. Hope you like it!

Bow card - Template 💖 Tutorial

Hello Crafty Friends!

Hope you are well and happy. 💓 Today's project is a stunning 3D bow card.
( I add the template at the bottom of the post for you to have a go ).

To create this original card you will need:
Centura Pearl Snow White
Sheena Stamping cardstock

Gemini Clear Stamp - Words of Endearment
Roaring 20's Paper pad by Crafter's Companion
Stazone Jet Black Ink pad

Die'sire Classiques Metal Die - Parisian Mirror
Distress ink abandoned Coral
Dabbers
Collall Glue
Iridescent gems
Craft Essentials.

Step by Step 

1.- Die cut 4 small ovals,  4 large ovals and the ribbon strip out of a floral sheet from the Roaring 20's paper pad. Add a light shadow around the borders by using the distress ink.

2.- Bend carefully each oval. You can use a thick pen or another cylindrical object to shape the middle area of your bow. You aim for a nice rounded curve, not a sharp fold. Glue the endings together to form a loop.

3.- Stamp the sentiment onto a Shenna cardstock. Die cut with the small die from the Parisian mirror sie set. Die cut the Parisian mirror 3 times more. Glue them together. Add the sentiment on the top. This will create a sturdy centre for the bow.

3.- Add the loops in the back of the sentiment. Starting with the small ones and attach the large ones behind them as shown. Use a strong adhesive! 

4.- Cut the Ribbon strip in two. Add each piece to behind the side of the bow, as shown.

5.- With the bow done, just create a blank to affix the bow in the front. 

6.- To finish add some gems, around the sentiment and in the corners of the blank.

Tips: Substitute the centre for an oval or circle shape with images or sentiments.  to have different samples of bow cards.

Just Because - Stepper Card

Hope you are Ok. Here is a beautiful card I created by using the new amazing Patchwork dies in a stepper card. I used an embossing folder to create a beautiful floral background before attaching the Patchwork Hearts. Hope you like it !

To create this card you will need:

Centura Pearl Snow White 
Centura Pearl Pastels (Yellow)

Fancy Butterflies - Cut and Emboss

Hello Crafty Friends
Hope you are well and happy.💖 Today project is a beautiful ten fold card made with the new Cut and Emboss - Embossing folders by Crafter's Companion - They are lush ! I love them all 💖

To create this WOW card you will need:
-Centura pearl Snow White cardstock
-Black matt cardstock
-Centura Pearl Pastels Cardstock
-Glitter cardstock - Flutterby Collection-
-Trio of wings die - Flutterby Collection-
-Simple Sentiments die'sire die.
-Cut and emboss kit - Nature -
-Distress oxide inks -Shaded Lilac & Broken China
- Blue gems 3mm
-Collal Tacky Glue
-Collal Gel Glue
- Light lilac ribbon 5mm width -50 cm
-Half pearl flat back resin 13mm

Add few layers of the distress oxide ink until happy with the result 💖

Open the loops of the bow wide before adding the 3D glue. 

This will help to maintain the bow's shape.

Step by Step

1. Emboss a piece of Black cardstock with the emboss and cut embossing folder.
2.- Rub on the distress ink Shaded Lilac from the top part of the piece until 2 cms after the centre. Repeat the process with the Distress ink Broken China but starting from the bottom. Remember difuminate well in the union of the colours.
3. Matt onto a piece of Centura pearl pastel Lilac and again onto a black cardstock.
4. Affix the piece onto a ten fold blank slightly bigger.
5. Die cut the world "celebrate" from Centura pearl Snow White. Glue it onto the aperture over the Lilac Centura Pearl.
6. Die cut the butterfly from the Purple Glitter Cardstock and affix to the big embossed butterfly only in the center. Lift the wings to add movement. Add the Blue gems to the other butterflies.
7. Create the bow with 4 loops of ribbon of 8 cm approx. Make a knot in the center and open the loops wide. Affix to the bow to the card's  top left corner with the 3D gel glue. Add the half pearl in the center to finish.

Build your own Dreams - 3D Embossing

Hope you are Ok. 💖Today's project is a simple and delicate card made with the stunning 3D embossing folders from Crafter's Companion. Hope you like it !

You will need:
3D Embossing Folder Ornate Lace
Centura Pearl Snow White
Catitudes Paper Pad
Pink ribbon 2,5 cm width
Crafter’s Companion A6 Rubber Stamps 3D Cabochon Flatback
3d Glue Collal
Tacky Glue
Distress Ink Pink Raspberry
Sheena White Stamping Card
Stazone Ink Jet Black

To create the distress embossed background just tap your distress ink pad over the deboss part of the embossing folder before adding the paper and embossing with the die cutting machine. Easy peasy !

Gold Hearts

Hi crafty friends 💖

Hope you are well and happy 💖  Today project are a wooden hanging hearts. I create them by using black cardstock, Pebeo gilding wax and the lovely 3D embossing folders. Hope you like it
