Crafter's Companion Blog Hop - ENDED

I’m so happy to be participating in today’s blog hop. We are really excited for the launch of the fantastic Sara Signature "Contemporary Christmas Collection" on the 6th August. I am equally thrilled to be sharing this "Bumpy Shaker" card that I made by using the beautiful die "Special Friend" from the Collection Die'sire Classiques Only Words.

    Your card is lovely flower and i love shaker cards as they always take me back to my childhood and my aunt who had a christmas shaker that she took out every year and my brother and i used to be mesmerised by it's cleverness.     What a fun card, I'll never forget my first try at making one of these, I didn't quite join the foam tape on one corner and when I shook it I had a shower of glitter all over the floor. My hubby had a fit he'd just hoovered, lol.

    Oh my goodness Sorayita, that is some shaker card you have made, beautiful, what a lovely keepsake that makes.

    I am like so many other crafters that love the CC products, I have got most of the collections and must admit that the papers, dies and embossing folders are stunning, so easy to use, I have no problems with any of them especially when using them in conjunction with my Gemini - no I am not being a creep, just stating the truth.

    I love the special friends die too, it so useful and I have used it quite a few times on different projects since I brought it last October. I love the fact that I can adapt it for different projects. The card is lovely, I do hope you will publish on your blog details of how you made it as I would love to have a go.

    The edgables are great, again so versatile, the houses could be cut off and used to make a village scene, well the list is almost endless!
